Low Impedance Injector Service

(Billet Atomizer, FuelTech, and similar applications)

Low impedance injectors are typically used in high-output, standalone ECU setups where consistency matters.

MRP’s service evaluates injector condition, restores flow where possible, and documents final performance so you know exactly what you’re reinstalling.

Price is per injector. Please order the quantity that matches the number of injectors being serviced.

In the order comments, specify exactly which injectors you are sending.

Service Process

Each injector goes through the following:

• Electrical coil testing

• Baseline flow test prior to cleaning

• Required cleaning

• Spray pattern inspection

• Static flow testing at 43.5 PSI (3 Bar) after cleaning

• Dynamic flow testing

• Replacement of O-rings, filters, seals, and serviceable wear components as available/needed

  • Internal seal replaced only if leaking

  • Internal spring is not replaced

• Internal lubrication

• Flow report documenting final results

Before Shipping

• Remove injectors from the fuel rail before sending. Injectors received in the rail will require additional labor and return shipping charges.

• Service begins once payment and injectors are received.

• Return shipping insurance is available and recommended for high-value injectors.

By sending or delivering injectors to MRP Fuel Injection, you acknowledge that MRP is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Injectors remaining unpaid for more than 30 days after service completion become the property of MRP Fuel Injection, LLC.
