This service is for GDI injectors only.

Service Process

Each injector is evaluated, cleaned, and tested using a structured process:

• Electrical testing to identify failed injectors

• Baseline flow test prior to cleaning

• Cleaning required to restore

• Spray pattern verification

• Static flow testing at 72.5 PSI (5 Bar)

• Dynamic flow testing across multiple operating ranges

• Replacement of filters, seals, and critical wear components with OEM-quality parts (where applicable)

• Internal lubrication

• Flow report documenting final performance

Before Sending Injectors

• Confirm your injectors are Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) units.

• Service begins once payment and injectors are received.

• Return shipping insurance is available and recommended for high-value injectors.

By sending or delivering injectors to MRP Fuel Injection, you acknowledge that MRP is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Injectors remaining unpaid for more than 30 days after service completion become the property of MRP Fuel Injection, LLC.
