What We Do

Every injector goes through a structured process to evaluate condition, restore flow, and confirm proper operation:

Electrical coil testing to identify failed injectors
Baseline flow test before cleaning
Cleaning required to restore
Spray pattern inspection
Static flow testing at 43.5 PSI (3 Bar)
Dynamic flow testing across multiple pulse widths
Replacement of filters and critical wear components using OEM-quality parts (where applicable)
Internal lubrication
Flow report documenting final results

Price is per injector. Order the quantity that matches the number of injectors being serviced.

Before Sending Injectors

This service is for gasoline top feed injectors only.
Not compatible with GDI, side feed, TBI, or hose-style injectors.

Remove injectors from the fuel rail prior to shipping. Assemblies sent in the rail will require additional labor and return shipping charges.
Service begins once payment is received.
If you need testing performed at a pressure other than 43.5 PSI / 3 Bar, you must request it before service. Retesting will incur additional charges.

Return shipping insurance is available and recommended for high-value injectors.

By sending injectors to MRP Fuel Injection, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Injectors that remain unpaid for more than 30 days after service completion become the property of MRP Fuel Injection, LLC.
